Brief
Our client wanted to get more use out of their garden and create a space the whole family could enjoy.
Design & Build
We opened up the layout and introduced a clean, modern finish with a porcelain slab patio forming the main outdoor living area. A glazed outdoor room with a retractable roof and full LED lighting was installed, allowing the space to function just as well in the evening as during the day.
Structure & Planting
Some of the original box hedging was retained to hold the structure and add depth. The planting is simple but strong — hydrangeas, multi-stem birch, and a mix of herbaceous plants like verbena to provide colour and interest throughout the year.
OUTCOMES
A cohesive, modern country garden that increases property usability, visual structure, and daily lifestyle value while maintaining a welcoming, planted character.
